Hi, I’m Yohan.I run past 100%.

Founder of Overclock. I started in digital during Covid, and I have spent every year since taking brands, companies and festivals further than they planned to go.

The story so far.

From covering one empty desk to running my own agency.

2020

It started with an empty desk.

Covid had just shut everything down when the agency I was working at let go of the person who ran its digital work. Someone had to keep the clients’ brands alive online, so I stepped in. I learned on live accounts, with real budgets and real deadlines, and I never stepped back out.

2021

Learning every channel.

Social, content, email, websites and reporting. I took on more brands and more of the work, and learned the difference between marketing that moves a business and marketing that only looks busy.

2022

Growing companies.

I went on to lead digital teams and to grow companies across retail, property, hospitality, education and consumer brands. More than 40 brands and projects so far.

Festivals

A name on the festival scene.

Music festivals became a world of their own for me. Today I am a familiar name on the digital side of Sri Lanka’s festival industry, with work that includes Odeysse.

MBA

Then the MBA.

I completed an MBA at IPAC School of Management, to put strategy and structure behind everything the work had already taught me.

2026

Overclock.

Everything I have learned, in one place: a growth partner for businesses that already work and are ready for their next level.

I have spent my career pushing brands past the point where they planned to stop. Overclock is how I keep doing it.

Why the name

Overclocking means running a chip faster than the speed printed on its box. Same hardware, more output. That is what I do for businesses: same team, same hours, more growth, pushed a little further every week.

What I will not do.

01

Send reports full of likes and no sales.

Every report I send leads with enquiries and sales. Likes and reach only appear when they explain one of those.

02

Lock you into a contract for a year.

Month to month, 30 days’ notice. I keep clients by performing.

03

Hand your business to a junior you never meet.

I lead every account myself. You always know who is doing the work.

04

Sell you things you do not need.

If a new website will not move your numbers, I will tell you, even if it costs me the project.

05

Dress up excuses as insights.

When a test fails, I say so on Monday and show the next one in the same report.

06

Keep your things in my name.

Websites, domains, data and designs stay yours. I am a user you can remove.
